This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-million pound manufacturer within a stable industry, where you will play a key role in training Line Quality Controllers and maintaining high product quality standards across a busy production environment. The company is well-established in its industry and has seen continued growth. Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking to add a Production Quality Trainer to their skilled team. As a key member of the production team, you will train, assess and sign off LQCs on a line-by-line basis, prepare quality documentation for start-up and ensure required checks, sampling and non-conformance procedures are completed correctly. This role is ideal for someone from a manufacturing, FMCG or food background with hands-on quality control experience who can develop others, support production when required and help lead the LQC team to achieve consistently high standards.
