Machine Setter-Medical Manufacturing Sector Newark area, Nottinghamshire (Commutable from: Nottingham, Newark, Lincoln, Bingham, Tuxford and Mansfield £Competitive Salary (D.O.E) + Shift Pay (1.33x) + Training + Progression + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits 37.5 hours, 2 weeks on days (Mon-Fri) and 2 weeks on nights (Mon-Thurs) Are you a Machine Setter / Operator with experience working within a manufacturing environment, looking for a Monday to Friday role within a successful and profitable global business, offering further career development? The basic salary can be increased considerably through overtime and shift pay so your overall earnings can be far in excess of £35k. This is a varied role with a company who have a low staff turnover, which is always a great sign for a future employee. They also supply to a range of sectors meaning they are at lower risk as a business. The ideal candidate will have previous setting / operating experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment, and looking to join a stable and supportive business with lots of training to progress their skillset.
