On offer is a permanent Monday-Friday days role where you will be trained to run CNC machines in a tight-knit team. You'll have a clear route to build your skills long-term, with progression into CNC setting/milling as you grow in the position. This company are a specialist family-run company known for quality and a steady workload. Due to increased demand, they are looking to expand the team with an additional CNC Machinist. In this role you will operate CNC machinery, work from job instructions, and support the workshop with general machining / production tasks, with on-the-job training to develop into setting responsibilities over time. This role would suit a highly motivated individual from a workshop or hands-on background, looking for long-term stability, training and clear progression into a more advanced CNC positions.
