Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £30k - £40k Year 1) | Industry-leading training | Merit-based progression (Entry Level to Director)
Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)

The role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist desk, speak to clients and talent daily, and develop the skills to win business, manage processes and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven position with uncapped commission and long-term progression.

What you'll do

• Source and qualify professionals within your market
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate/client communication
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Win new business through business development and account management
• Manage the process end-to-end (briefing → offer)
• Negotiate offers and close deals

Training & development (from day one)

You don't need recruitment experience, we'll teach you everything. You'll receive:

• A structured onboarding programme covering the full recruitment process
• Daily coaching and 1-1 support from experienced consultants and leaders
• Clear targets and a step-by-step plan to get you earning commission quickly
• Ongoing training focused on performance, promotion and long-term leadership development
