For employers

Clear adverts. Genuine opportunities.

These standards apply to jobs posted directly on Lynkr. Adverts and organisations are reviewed before publication.

Post a real, current vacancy

List a specific role you are authorised to recruit for. Use an accurate job title and employer name, a useful description of duties and requirements, and a genuine closing date. Do not use adverts as a mailing-list sign-up, business opportunity, course promotion or misleading application funnel.

Explain the work and who can apply

State the workplace, remote or hybrid restrictions, hours, contract type and essential qualifications. Explain salary and pay period clearly where supplied. Distinguish essential requirements from desirable experience. Do not invent pay, location, eligibility or benefits to attract clicks.

Keep applications safe and fair

Do not request payment to apply for or secure a job. Do not ask for bank logins, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Assess candidates fairly and follow the employment, equality and data-protection rules that apply to your recruitment.

Use applicants’ details for their application

Only authorised organisation members should access submissions. Use those details to manage the relevant recruitment process, keep downloaded copies secure and remove copies when you no longer need them. Do not add applicants to unrelated marketing lists without appropriate permission.

Update or close adverts promptly

Keep salary, location, requirements and application links current. Close filled or withdrawn roles. Do not repeatedly repost the same vacancy to manipulate result ordering. Imported source adverts may be grouped when they refer to the same role.

Review and moderation

We may request clarification, return an advert for changes, decline publication or restrict posting access where these standards are not met. Being approved does not certify every statement in an advert. Job seekers should still check an opportunity before applying.
