Using the service
Lynkr helps people discover vacancies, organise a job search and manage applications. Employers can request posting access and advertise genuine roles for free. Use the service honestly, keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in details and only upload information you are entitled to share.
Job information and applications
Job adverts come from external sources and employers. Details and availability can change between checks. Read the original requirements and verify the employer before applying. Lynkr does not guarantee that a vacancy remains open, that you are eligible, or that an application will lead to an interview or offer.
Saving or preparing a job does not submit an application. Direct applications are sent only after you review and submit them. External applications are handled on the linked website under that website’s terms. You are responsible for recording an external application accurately in your workspace.
Employer responsibilities
Only post roles you are authorised to advertise. Follow the posting standards, maintain accurate adverts, close withdrawn roles and protect applicant information. Organisation review allows access to publishing tools; it is not a guarantee or endorsement of an organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lynkr for fraud, impersonation, harassment, discriminatory recruitment, malware, unsolicited messages or attempts to access another person’s account or documents. Do not interfere with service operation or submit misleading reports or duplicate adverts to manipulate discovery.
Your content and information
You keep your rights in the material you upload. You allow Lynkr to store and process it to provide the features you use. Public job adverts and organisation profiles can be displayed and indexed by search engines. Personal workspace content stays behind sign-in, except for the information you choose to share in an application. The privacy notice explains the account controls and data handling.
Availability and account access
The service may change, be interrupted or require maintenance. Keep your own copies of important records and documents. Access or adverts may be restricted to investigate misuse, protect accounts or enforce these standards. You can export your account information or delete your account using Profile & settings.
Questions about using Lynkr
