Are you an Employer's Agent, QS or Building Surveyor with strong JCT Design & Build experience, looking to take real ownership of high-value residential schemes and step into a senior position as the team grows?

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established chartered cost and project management consultancy working on new build private and social housing projects. You'll work closely with a senior lead who will mentor you, with long-term scope to take over and head up the function.

In this role you'll manage projects from pre-con through delivery: reviewing surveys and drawings, building cost plans and risk logs, negotiating build contracts, running monthly progress meetings, producing Employer's Agent reports, managing valuations and cost reports, and supporting through snagging and handover.

This role would suit an Employer's Agent / QS / BS from a residential development background who wants a long-term position, genuine responsibility and a clear path into leading a department.

The Role:

• Employer's Agent / project-facing role on residential new build schemes
• Pre-con through delivery: cost plans, risk logs, contract negotiation and administration
• Site meetings, valuations, cost reporting, design change management
• Hybrid working with regular site visits

The Person:

• Employer's Agent / QS / Building Surveyor experience within residential development
• Strong working knowledge of JCT Design & Build (2016 or 2024)
• Confident client-facing communicator, comfortable managing complex projects
