Are you a Roofer looking to get off the tools and step into a role with real responsibility, technical variety and clear progression? Do you want to join a growing roofing and maintenance contractor where you will be trusted to run your own patch and make a genuine impact on service and quality?

On offer is a permanent position with a well-established, expanding business working across residential and social housing projects, covering reactive repairs through to larger roofing replacements. You will have the backing of an experienced team, with the opportunity to develop through training and step up as the business continues to grow.

The company has grown rapidly year on year and is now looking to add an experienced roofing professional to help drive standards and take ownership of inspections and client liaison across a busy workload.

In this role you will book and attend inspections, diagnose leaks and defects across flat and pitched roofs, produce job sheets, meet tenants, liaise with clients and quality manage works across multiple live jobs. The role is mainly field based across Kent and into Central London.

This role would suit a roofing professional with strong residential knowledge, good organisation and customer facing skills, looking for long term development, increased responsibility and a clear route into a senior management position.

The Role:

• Roof inspections, diagnosing leaks and defects (flat and pitched residential)
• Creating job sheets and coordinating appointments and visits
• Client liaison, meeting tenants and managing quality on live works
• Covering a patch across Kent and into Central London, office typically once per week

The Person:

• Roofing background with good knowledge of residential roofing (flat and pitched)
• Organised with strong communication and client facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
