Temporary Pupil Support Assistant - Fixed term contracts until 29th June 2027Juniper Green Primary School Salary: £26,806 - £27,032 (pro-rata for part-time and Sessional)Post 1: 27.5 hours per week Monday to FridayPost 2 - 20 hours per week Monday to Friday Juniper Green Primary School is a co-educational non-denominational primary school administered by City of Edinburgh Education Department. It serves the residents of the Juniper Green, Baberton Mains and Colinton/Hailes areas of Edinburgh, a broad social mix. Most pupils move on to secondary school education at Currie Community High School. The school is a modern building with excellent educational facilities. There are 14 classes and a term time only nursery. The building has classrooms with flexible space for active learning as well as a playground that is well designed for interesting and active play.The Headteacher and two Depute Headteachers. All members of the senior leadership team have a teaching commitment. The support staff comprises of a business manager, school administrator, a clerical assistant, a PSO and 12 pupil support assistants. The school has an active and engaged Parent Council.
