Job DescriptionWorking in a hybrid style, based at home and Fairmuir Depot/East District office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Gas and Electrical Safety works.The IndividualYou will have experience with repairs and maintenance of buildings and experience of working directly with the public.
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel along with good oral and written communication, customer care, problem solving and analytical skills are essential.
You will have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads, have budget monitoring and working in a team experience with the ability to work under pressure.
You will be able to attend evening meetings and have a current Driving Licence.
