Are you a Business Development Executive, Telesales professional or BDR looking to join a well-established design and build company where you will be developed, trusted to run your own desk, and rewarded for the results you deliver? Do you want a role where you are given quality leads, a proven process, and the autonomy to build long-term client relationships in the office fit-out market?

On offer is a permanent position with a respected specialist in office fit-out, where you will receive hands-on training through shadowing and coaching, and have clear goals based progression as you build your pipeline and earnings.

This business has been established and continues to grow, backed by strong structure and investment, and they are now looking to add to their business development team as a result of continued expansion.

In this role you will be office based, working from a lead and client system, making outbound calls, following up warm activity, researching target businesses, handling objections and booking qualified appointments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developing an understanding of design and build projects including Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.

This role would suit someone with phone-based sales or business development experience, looking to develop their capability, take ownership of their own pipeline, and progress through performance and results.

The Role:

• Outbound business development across warm and cold leads, booking qualified appointments
• Researching target clients and building a strong database and pipeline
• Learning the design and build fit-out sales cycle, including Cat A and Cat B works

The Person:

• Phone-based sales, telesales or business development background
• Driven mindset with resilience and strong communication skills
• Ideally some exposure to construction, office fit-out or design and build sales
