Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their management team with an experienced Contracts Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, coordinating resources and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. You will work closely with internal departments, clients and site teams to maintain high standards of project delivery.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar professional looking to join a well-established business offering genuine responsibility and opportunities for career progression.

The Role

• Managing the delivery of multiple contracts and projects
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors and project resources
• Monitoring project performance, costs and programme deadlines
• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
• €100,000 - €120,000 (DOE) + Benefits

The Person

• Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar
• Experience delivering engineering, data centre, MEP or technical projects
• Strong leadership, planning and commercial management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Commutable to Mullingar or willing to relocate
