A rare and exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join one of the UK's top 10 contractors, an industry specialist known for delivering technically interesting projects across the UK. This is a great chance to work on exciting projects and progress your career into Project Management.

Do you have Site Management experience and a structural background (precast concrete, RC frame, structural steel etc.)? Are you looking to join a leading contractor, work on high-value projects and progress through the ranks?

This international contractor works with blue-chip clients as a principal contractor, delivering specialist projects throughout the UK. Project values range from £10m to £40m, and they will provide full technical training to ensure you're a competent Site Manager within the business.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

This is a great role for a Site Manager who has structural and superstructure knowledge, ideally with exposure to structural steel, reinforced concrete or precast construction. You'll have a good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety and subcontractor management, alongside strong communication skills and a committed, positive approach.

The Role

• Overseeing site operations, including subcontractor management, quality checks and programme management
• Monitoring quality, health and safety and ensuring compliance
• Working alongside Project Managers to maintain project programmes and coordinate logistics
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Design Managers and other external professionals

The Person

• Able to produce accurate construction phase plans
• Experience in structural construction, including structural steel, reinforced concrete or precast construction
• Ability to understand and interpret technical construction drawings
• Strong health and safety knowledge and subcontractor management experience
